Sara and Juan are Married!

Sara and Juan had a beautiful ceremony on Clearwater Beach with their reception at the Hilton Clearwater Beach. They were such a LOVELY couple to work with and their love shined so bright, it was easy to capture. Sara must have told me 10 times during her wedding day how glad she was to have Limelight, to have me (and Bernadette) as a part of her wedding day...we felt so loved and appreciated. Thank you Sara and Juan for making us feel so welcome and for allowing us to capture the story of your special day.

Hi Christi!
Juan and I just wanted to say thank you! We have looked at our wedding photos sooooo many times and are so happy with everything! We went to visit my parents in Texas last weekend and had a party w/ my parents friends and some family who couldn't join us in FL for the wedding. We showed the pics all night, and they were the "hit" of the party! We can't stop looking at them and talking about the moments you captured! Thank you so much! It will be sooooo hard to decide which ones to put in the album. We hope you have an awesome Fourth of July weekend!

Katrina and Rodney are Engaged!

I met Katrina and Rodney on Park Ave in Winter Park, FL for their engagement session! We braved the heat and humidity and had a really fun morning session! The couple lives in Winter Park so I wanted to incorporate some elements that are well known in that area! Some of my favorite shots from the day are with the Amtrak train and tracks that run right through the center of the town!

The couple is planning their November wedding with a ceremony held at the St. Petersburg First Presbyterian Church and a reception at the St. Pete Yacht Club! =)

Ruth and Joe: Wedding in Naples, FL

Ruth and Joe had an intimate ceremony on Naples beach right outside of Ruth's grandmother's condo at La Mer. I was very excited to capture the First Look between Ruth and Joe before the ceremony. This always is such a special time for the couple to enjoy a private moment together and I am able to create portraits that really capture the emotions of the couple. The reception followed at Bleu Provence where we were able to have a night portrait session on the street near the end of the evening.

Limelight to Be Featured in 2010 Spring/Summer issue of The Knot Florida

The Knot Florida will be running a Real Wedding story on Sabrina and Joe's wedding in the 2010 Spring/Summer issue of The Knot Florida. Sabrina and Joe's wedding was a little bit different than our typical shoots. We met them in Key west and did a photo session before the wedding so they could enjoy the cocktail hour. Our first location was a fabulous garden which held key west history behind its very doors. The wedding took place on Duval Street in Key West. The magazine is not scheduled to be released until late November (but look for the new Fall/Winter issue on stands now!)
