Why I Hired Limelight - Kristina Lammers

I wanted to take a moment to share a super sweet e-mail one of our recent brides who just booked us this week sent in to us.

Hi Rebecca,

Thank you so much for following up with me this past weekend and setting up my appt with Michael last night. He has great energy and passion for what you guys do! I was so excited when I left your studio.

I did meet with a second photographer last night and while her work is also good, I have decided to go with you and Michael at Limelight! I'd like to get the ball rolling, get the contract together, etc. Again, the date is April 11, 2009 and the ceremony will be held at the Don Cesar. Please let me know what the next steps are.

Here's some feedback for why I've chosen Limelight:

- The people: After speaking with you on the phone and meeting Michael, I feel confident that the two of you will approach my wedding with as much passion and energy as you would your own. I am impressed that you do an engagement session and use that as an opportunity to get to know Jay and I as well as review those photos so that we are all on the same page for the day of the wedding. It is great knowing that I won't have to have any worries when it comes to photography on the day of the wedding!

- Security: I can't tell you what a relief it is to know that if anything happens to my photos, I can come to you and get them again. The technology and safeguards you have in place to protect these photos is a testament to your dedication to what you guys do. This is amazing.

- The meeting: Meeting with Michael was fantastic. Not only did he take the time to show me your video as well as specific pics that I asked to see (work done at the Don Cesar), he also walked me through a timeline of the evening, what would be happening, what the two of you would be doing, etc. This shows an attention to detail. It was important for me because I have never done this before and I didn't know what to ask, what I needed to know, etc. Michael also showed me the different types of books available, the pros and cons, what to watch out for. That information was so valuable. I would never have known it on my own. When I met with the second photographer last night, I was able to see exactly what he was talking about. It may not have been things that I would've noticed on my own, but after being educated a bit, it really stood out.

Sorry to be so winded =) You guys really impressed me!

I look forward to meeting you in person and working with both you and Michael. I can't imagine better photographers to capture such a special day!

Kind Regards,
Kristina
