I have to say the entire roasted Florida alligator was definitely a show stopper! I have never seen a whole alligator cooked this way. I was too afraid to try but Michael said it was really tasty!

Quorum Cares Customer Appreciation Party Benefiting Moffitt Cancer Center
Pink! Pink! Pink! MMD Events designed an elaborate set for the Quorum Cares Customer Appreciation Party Benefiting Moffitt Cancer Center. This charity event was planned in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I have to say the entire roasted Florida alligator was definitely a show stopper! I have never seen a whole alligator cooked this way. I was too afraid to try but Michael said it was really tasty!
