Shaadi is the main wedding day when the groom is given a warm welcome by the bride’s family with flower garlands and rose petals thrown upon the procession by the bride's sisters, cousins and friends. The Islamic official wedding will be taken place, which commonly called Nikah. After the ceremony is over, the groom and his family will leave together with the bride while the Holy Qu'ran is held over the brides head as she walks from the stage to the exit in order to bless her.
