This engagement session was so much fun. We drove from Laguna Beach all through Palm Springs looking for a place to access a spot to shoot close to the windmills. There are valleys and valleys full of wind mills but they are fenced off and restricted from access. These wind turbine generators are a type of windmill that produces electricity by harnessing the wind. We finally found an open fence and sweet talked our way into the DANGER! High Voltage area. After the windmills we visited with Gena and Ian at their home in Indian Wells and photographed some portraits outside on the lawn with the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains in the background. We are so excited for their wedding in October in Hawaii at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Kona.
