Melodi and Joshua met through Melodi's brother Alex and his friend Kate while Melodi was living in Chicago and Joshua was living in Cleveland. They met Martin Luther King Day in 2011. About a year ago they went ice skating at Progressive field. And then Joshua proposed in front ofte big Christmas tree in downtown Cleveland. When asked what Melodi loves about Joshua she answered: "I love the way he makes me laugh. I love his big heart. I love that he makes me tingle from the tip of my nose to the bottom of my toes." They enjoy taking walks together, working on puzzles, reading, going for drives and watching movies. The favorite thing about their wedding was the amazing location at The Florida Aqaurium.
