Limelight Photography: Hailey and Alex Featured in the Limelight | First United Methodist Church and The Birchwood

Hailey and Alex's wedding day was the perfect combination of classic and modern! The couple chose to say their vows at the beautiful First United Methodist Church and celebrate with their friends and family at The Birchwood in downtown St. Petersburg! It was very important to the newlyweds to have their ceremony in a church as it brought the traditional element of marriage to their special day. They loved the historical feel of First United as it has beautiful stained glass windows and stunning architecture. The Birchwood is a sophisticated and elegant venue located on Beach Drive in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg and brought to their wedding day the modern touch they were looking for. The grand ballroom was decorated in beautiful tones of blue and silver with white and green florals perched on top of silver toned trees dripping with crystal accents. The couple first met in 2010 when the bride's older sister introduced Hailey and Alex to one another and they hit if off instantly! Their real first date was a sailing trip to the British Virgin Islands and that theme was also incorporated throughout their wedding day from the table numbers to their ceremony programs. It was such a pleasure to work with this amazing couple! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Kramer!
