Stephanie is blessed to be a a stay-at-home-mom as she and Matthew have a baby girl named Harriett born 3.29.2016. Matthew works in Real Estate. The bride and groom live on a farm in Ohio, but they also have a place in Longboat Key, Florida which they love to vacation to. They also enjoy hiking, playing with our daughter, visiting restaurants, going to concerts and shows. Matt loves Stephanie’s cooking and she loves his sense of humor!
They have known each other for 16 years – they met at the bust stop in sixth grade! Stephanie and Michael grew up together in middleschool and high school, but they went to different colleges. They have been dating for 5 years and their parents live 5 minutes away from each other. The couple also loves the outdoors, hiking and vacations.
Matthew proposed on the beach at sunset on Longboat Key while they were on vacation! The overall story of their wedding is one of best friends finally getting married after knowing each other for over half of their lives (15+years). Their favorite place to vacation being Longboat Key and it also being the place that they got engaged made it a perfect locatjon to select for their wedding! Their inspiration was the beach, being relaxed, resort wear style, Lilly Pulitzer. The bright fun colors were perfect to set the tone for a beautiful, happy and relaxed day filled with love! They loved our invitations and all the lighting during the reception. Their favorite part of the night was their first dance, as well as sharing their first meal as a married couple with their daughter Harriet. The bright colors, good music and fun time had by all really set their wedding apart as a fun celebration! They even had a piñata at the reception out on the lawn for the kids! They spray painted gold candleholders for the reception tables and made thoughtful welcome bags for all of their guests as well.
