Kela and Kent are an amazing couple that I had the pleasure to work with on their beautiful wedding day at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Tarpon Springs and The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! For several days prior to Kela and Kent's Labor Day weekend wedding the west coast of Florida and the Tampa Bay area was dealing with tropical storm and hurricane conditions. We were so blessed that the storm passed just in time to provide a return to the Florida sunshine and not a single drop of rain for this wonderful couple! Kela and Kent selected St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church for their traditional ceremony for it's grand architecture and beauty. The Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony is a beautiful service with many prayers and symbolic rituals to bless the newlyweds with love and prosperity for a happy marriage! After the couple was pronounced married we headed to the beach for a wonderful celebration with all their friends and family! We were able to make it outside just in time for their wedding day sunset and it was so fun to capture the joy and special customs of the reception! Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Shyti!
